Updates

To update the program, select Settings->Check Updates in the menu.

If a new update has been released, the program will offer to install the new version.

We did not make the program automatically self-update so that users could control this process themselves.

Admin rights

Starting from 2.2.57, the updater requests Windows administrator privileges (it writes to C:\Program Files\...). This is normal — just confirm the UAC prompt.
