It is software for Windows that works with various programmers (devices). We have our own programmer - TGSN. However, the capabilities of MultiProg are not limited to it; MultiProg works with different programmers.
Are updates and support paid? Is it by subscription?
There is no subscription; updates are free. The main functionality is in the full version, which is paid. The difference from the free version can be found in the documentation. Support is provided in our community.
Why TGSN? Is it necessary for MultiProg?
TGSN is not required to work with MultiProg; it is a separate product - a programmer. We developed it for complex-to-connect controllers where we need full control at a low level.
